We have reserved the WPS room at the Stephenson Public Library on Tuesday, Feb.18th, for a general meeting starting at 6:30 p.m. We need to discuss 501C3 status, liability insurance, and, most importantly, set a volunteer work schedule for trail finish work at Strong Falls and trail maintenance and construction at Hwy 64.
To this end, those of you involved in the local racing/organized ride event world, please bring a list of dates for us to schedule around. We would like to schedule volunteer days for the whole trail-building season and post them online and at bike shops in the area. We did get Pete’s Garage and Suamico Cycle to post our last two workdays, and it did help to bring out some new faces!
